A 50% deposit is required TO BE PLACED ON THE CALENDAR for service.

Holiday visits – If your visits include a holiday, I require FULL PAYMENT to reserve your spot. ALL PAYMENTS are non-refundable.

9 days/weekends that FTP observes “Holidays” -New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Cancellations are subject to the following fees/charges: 2 – 7 days before the start of services will result in 50% of the total invoice for scheduled pet care. Less than 48 hrs. before the start of services will result in 100% of the total invoice for scheduled pet care. No refund or credit for future services will be issued. There is no refund or credit for delayed departures or early returns. Two (2) weeks’ notice is required for termination of regular daily, mid-day services.

Late or Extended reservation FEE-There will be a $15 late or extended booking fee.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU RETURN HOME EARLY. I have arranged my schedule (family events, vacations, appointments, other pet visits) to be available for your pets, please respect my commitment to you and your pets.

Immunizations-For your protection and ours it is our policy that all pets that we are caring for are current on all of their immunizations.

No "set in stone" times for pet-sitting visits. For example, morning visits may take place between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. midday visits between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., evening visits vary as well. However, if any medical conditions necessitate a specific visit time that can be discussed and I can try to to make accommodations for your pet.

No Pet Left Behind: As a pet care professional I cannot in good conscience ignore pets when visiting your home. I count each pet in your home when calculating your rate.​​

No Shared Visits: No other person is permitted to care for your pets during the service period. (This is due to insurance reasons.)
